Race the course,
not the clock.

Isopace turns your goal race — its climbs, surface, heat, and cutoffs — into a weekly plan and paces that respect the day. Flat 10K to alpine 42K.

Effort over flat pace. No spreadsheet math. Already know your goal? Start now →

Every course has a shape.
Your plan should follow it.

A flat 10K, a rolling marathon, and a 42 km mountain race are different training problems. Isopace treats them that way.

Read the course

Tell us your goal race. We read its distance, grade, surface, altitude, heat, and cutoffs — the shape of the day.

Build the week

That shape becomes your plan. You always know the next session, and why it's there.

Adapt from real runs

Connect Strava or upload a .fit / .gpx. Every run you log adjusts what comes next.

Grade-adjusted pacing

A slow split can be exactly on plan

On a steep climb, 8:05 /km is the right effort — not a sign you’re falling behind. Isopace gives you targets that respect the grade, so you pace by effort and let the course set the numbers.

The engine

You run.
We handle the math.

Reads the course

Distance, grade, surface, and altitude become a target effort for every kilometre, before you toe the line.

Learns your fitness

Every synced run updates what we know about your threshold and durability, and the plan adapts.

Taper, fueling cues, and grade-adjusted splits sized to the actual day — heat, cutoffs, and all.

Questions

Before you sign up

When can I use it?

We're in early access, building with a first group of athletes. Join the waitlist and we'll bring you in as spots open.

Do I need a specific watch?

No. Any device that exports .fit or .gpx works today — Garmin, Coros, Suunto, and more. Apple Watch works too, via a bridge app like Health Sync or RunGap.

How is this different from a generic plan?

Generic plans ignore the course. Isopace trains you for the race's real distance, pacing profile, surface, vertical, altitude, and technicality — then adjusts from every run you sync.

Does it work for road races?

Yes. Flat 10K, half, and marathon goals are fully supported. It works from simple road profiles through alpine courses.

What does it cost?

Pricing isn't set yet — early-access athletes get founder terms.
